Q:  I can't find people that are supposed to be in my downline in my Virtual Office on the FUN Website.
A:  If you can't find some downline members in your Virtual Office, please send an e-mail to myinfo@funtimenow.com

Q:  If I have problems with the login to the Website, what do I do?
A:  The first thing to do is to call your host and ask for help.  If they can't help you, follow the steps shown below in "How to Get Your Member ID and Password".  

Q:  If I have suggestions or ideas for the Website, what do I do?
A:  Send an e-mail to ideas@funtimenow.com.   We can't respond to all e-mails, but we will consider your suggestions.

Q:  I need to change my address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.   What do I do?
A:  The thing to do is to log into your Virtual Office, and then click on Manage Personal Information. 

Q:  My name was misspelled, and I need to correct it.
A:  Send an e-mail to support@funtimenow.com, and we will change it for you, as you are not able to change some information, such as your name, downline and start date.

Q:  Should I change my password?
A:  Yes, so that your personal information will have protection.  To change your password, login to your Virtual Office, and then click on Manage Personal Information.  Then you can change your password. 

Q:  I checked my information on the Website, and my status is shown as "Non-Donor".  Why is this?
A:  The "Non-Donor" status refers to your status in the Circle of Friends program, not to any of our other programs.  

Q:  How do I signup someone into FUN and into the Prosperity Tree International (PTI)?
A:  Just send them to www.funtimenow.com/yourID#.  For example, if your FUN member ID# is 1234, then send them to www.funtimenow.com/1234.    If you have created a personal URL tag for yourself, then use that.

Q: How do I create a personal URL tag for myself?
A: Just log into your back office and click on the "Manage your Personal Information" link.  In the lower left corner of the window, change your URL tag which currently shows your I.D., to something else that you want to use. Use that new URL tag on all future communications to new potential F.U.N. members you are directing to your web site.  An example of a URL tag change is. www.funtimenow.com/funhelp.  Both your FUN I.D. # and your URL tag change will connect people to your F.U.N. web site.
